Ann had a personal love of real estate that eventually flourished into a profession. Ann’s first real estate transaction was assisting her parents in obtaining a new home and relocating to Colorado. Her initial experience, along with her love of design and strong desire to help, continues to drive her to a long term career in real estate. Her previous job specialties were in health sciences and computer technology. Surprisingly, these skills translate very nicely into real estate. She loves helping people. Finding the right home for someone and/or helping people transition to a new area are just more ways she can help. Ann has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Policy and Administration from Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Johnson and Wales University of Providence, RI.

When Ann was one, her parents purchased an apartment building and renovated all the apartments one by one, while they lived there. At three years old, they moved from that building into a beautiful old house that her dad restored while keeping all the original character. At six years old, her parents went to an auction to buy tools and her dad ended up bidding on, and winning, the farmette where the tool auction was being held. And the stories (and houses) do not stop there. So I guess you could say, a love for houses is in Ann’s blood.

Since graduating high school, Ann has lived in 6 states: NC, FL, MA, RI, PA and CO. She and her husband have lived in a 100-year-old cottage by the beach, a spec home in a new development, a custom designed and built modern farmhouse on over an acre, a townhouse, a 1500 sq ft tri-level and their current 4 bedroom traditional family home in Erie, Colorado.

Ann has resided in Colorado for 6 years now and Colorado is where her family intends to stay. Her three school aged children love the outdoors and the sunshine. And now her parents are here too!

When not occupied with real estate, Ann spends her time traveling with her family in their converted school bus, helping her husband with his automotive business, swimming, playing piano, doing projects around their house, and sewing.
